“I reserved a room with a queen bed. When I realized I was on the 4th floor with no elevator I tried to change to the 2nd floor. All rooms were booked solid, due to a regional golf championship. 5 minutes later the property called back. She actually called golf coach and switched my room to the 2nd floor. Service was above and beyond what I expected. Lobby and bar was rustic and beautiful.”

“Condo was nice and everything was up to standard. The only complaint I had was the check in process. The property manager never sent the check in email with location or door access. I was able to get ahold of them hours after checking and they told me they forgot to send me the checkin details. Not a huge deal but we had to wait around not able to check in or even know which condo we were assigned. Other than that it was a great place to stay.”
