「This was our second stay at the cozy cottage amd was just as enjoyable as the first time . Glenn and Melanie are very responsive and like to makesure their guests are comfortable and happy . We loved waking up on the lake and enjoyed the back deck and firepit. We look forward to renting here again in the future. P」

「This place is everything you want and more for a place to stay!」

「The house was beautiful inside and out. Everything was very clean and very comfortable, and the view of the lake was outstanding. For the winter months the lower level with the pool table was cold, but we were still able to enjoy it. The host of the property had exceptionally good communication and was attentive and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely go back again. 」

「We’ve been skiing at Sunapee with another family and kiddos for a few years. This was our favorite home with its proximity to the mountain and spacious layout. Kids had a great time and only complained on the day we ate out. Sarah and Ian were super responsive and wonderful hosts. Would love to come here again!」

「This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!」

「The Sugar River Treehouse is thoughtfully designed providing all the amenities needed. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to experience a unique setting with our two dogs. We plan on returning in the summer to enjoy the benefits of the Sugar River. 」

It is spacious just as the listing indicated and it is generously appointed with a full suite of amenities, even such as spare toothbrushes.Quiet, picturesque setting near to skiing and the lake. Ample parking. Would be happy to return in any season.」

「Booked the camper for the weekend. When it turned out it was going to be cold and rainy vinnie generously offered to let me stay at another place on his property instead! This was the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature!」

「Overall good rental but these are 3 minor issues: 1. A railing from the parking lot to the front door would help to walk down the steps. 2. Additional bath towels and wash clothes are needed. 3. A large stone is missing from the last deck step to the dock.」
