旅館太舊，不值得推薦
旅館經營了很多年，房間已經很殘舊，加上好像沒進行過翻新，感覺很骯髒。房間內只得睡床一張，桌子一張，浴室一間，就這樣吧了，連一張椅子也沒有，也沒有電視，WIFI 訊號也不好。唯一優點是旅館的位置好，走出大馬路便有免費的 CAT 巴士可乘搭，去很多景點都很方便。總結來說，用相同的價錢可以入住其他更好的旅館/旅舍。

酒店前台老板娘会讲中文，这是一大亮点。客房在二楼，没有电梯，房间很小，但也干净。空调声音略大，其他不错

Great Location, Cheap price, comfortable stay!
the location of the motel is great, it situates close to the little india and chinatown so you could find a lot of yummy food to eat! It also located very near (2mins) to the park "Padang Kota Lama 舊關仔角" where we visit the Chinese New Year Festival celebrations and the Town Hall and the City Hall are just beside the park. For going to other parts of the city centre, there is a CAT bus (central area transit) which is free to hop on hop off so visiting other attractions and street arts is easy! For the motel's environment, there is no lifts but there are only 2 floors so you wont need to climb a lot of stairs to reach your room. The reception is 24-hour staffed and they are all very nice to answer any questions. The rooms we live in is a en-suite twin room. It is a little bit small but with the price we pay it's a great bargain. The presence of the air con is really important as the weather in Penang is constantly hot and it does help to give a comfortable sleep during our stay.

槟城不大，这家旅店离去兰卡威的码头很近，前台有个福建籍的华人阿姨，很热心的教我们去哪吃饭买东西最便宜。房间很大，有点像国内的家庭式民宿，附近走路都可以到很多景点，而且有免费公交，走不动可以坐车！

Not friendly at all
I booked a room thru Hotels.com but when I arrived to the hotel the welcome was rude. The guy told me the hotel was fully booked, then when he saw I had this booking with Hotels.com, he told me "well we got an other hotel, wait we will drive u there" I wait around 1 hour, then a guy took me there, it was a bit far and the hotel was horrible and the room was worst, without window so I asked them to cancel the booking but they didn't and it looks like that Hotels.com does not care much about that, I still have no refund!
