“To start off. One of the reviews had me think a bit. But all the others were great so I knew this was someone that’s not a lake person for sure. The house was perfect. Very very clean. My wife and I and 3 boys 20 years old. My other son and his wife here just for the day on the lake. We stayed 2 nights. The boys absolutely loved the monopoly game till like 4 in the morning. The lake cove was just awesome. The pontoon boat swim deck was the bomb. 15 feet deep right off the back of the deck. Water……

We loved the view of the stadium and loved being so close to my daughter’s sorority house that we could walk. This would be the perfect location for game day for sure!”

“Such a nice place tucked away near downtown Rodgers. Anything you need within 1 mile to either walk or drive. Dedicated parking space provided, wonderful hosts, and if you want to do some Mtn biking check out the free 2 hour Demo Rides on e-bikes or regular Mtn bikes at YT Bikes in Bentonville (Young & Talented). And you can have a free beer or soda at the bike shop after your ride —> pretty sweet set up. ”
