Upon entry into the foyer, guests can immediately enjoy the views of Seneca Lake through the large windows in the great room that stands before you. Enjoy a roaring fire in the gas fireplace and stare in awe of the beautiful stonework that expands from the floor to the cathedral ceiling.

To the right of the greatroom, you'll find the first floor master bedroom with king size bed and private ensuite bath. Consider yourself the lucky one of the group if you get this bedroom as it is complete with its own private door to the outside balcony.

To the left of the greatroom, an open floor plan welcomes you. Gleaming hardwood floors expand the length of the property. You'll be treated with a warm and charismatic kitchen equipped with granite countertops and top of the line stainless steel appliances. Sit around the island breakfast bar and visit while your meal is prepared. This area is completed with a formal dining area, offering a great place for your family and friends to gather and relax indoors.

Traveling down the hallway you'll find a conveniently located half bath and first floor laundry room.

Stepping outside on the patio you'll find one of the best views of the Finger Lakes. Enjoy gathering day or night with your group. If the weather is nice, strike up a fire in the propane firepit located on the deck- no need to bring wood here! Pour your favorite glass of Finger Lakes wine, roast some marshmallows and make memories that last a lifetime.

Moving your way upstairs to the second floor you'll find an open loft that overlooks the first floor greatroom. Curl up on the small sectional sofa, or use it as a pull out bed in the evening. To the right of the loft area is the second floor master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom with stand up shower.

Continue past the loft to the third bedroom with both a queen and twin sized bed. A spacious private bath offers extra privacy that will make getting ready for your day a breeze.

Down the hallway, a small sitting area with TV is a welcomed escape from the rest of the over sized home. Directly next to the sitting area is a queen bunk room for the kids in your group. Just one door down you'll find a full bath with shower/tub combo and second floor laundry room. Completing the second floor is the fifth bedroom with private balcony.

Outside, a grassy slope and stone stairwell lead to the premium lakefront where you can bring your own boat, or rent one locally so you can come and go on the lake as you please!
