“The property itself was clean and in good working order. Check in was easy. Ample linens, silverware, cleaning supplies and dried wood available onsite. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk beds, loft area, outdoor rocking chairs and fire pit. There’s no freezer, oven, or formal dining area. The one coffee table needs replaced. “This is a comfortable, small house on a gravel road in the woods near Blue Mountain State Park. Kitchen is well furnished. Property manager Tori was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to switch from a/c to heat. A great back deck with shade from big trees. Mostly quiet--an occasional car goes by on a bigger road nearby, and one afternoon there was target practice or fire crackers. A good place to relax and get away, but the wifi works if you want to be connected.”
