“We found the home to be extremely comfortable and well equipped. The host was informative and friendly to work with. We had minimal need for communication and we didn’t have to wait long for a response. If you need a spacious place to rest while visiting family/friends that offers a calming experience then you have found it. “We had an amazing stay. The house was adorable with an old school charm and modern amenities. The drives to everything was beautiful winding roads. The river was perfect for kayaking/paddle boarding and lots of fishing. It was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teen boys. Highly recommend River Expedition for white water rafting and New River ATV. Also, had a blast at Pirates Cove cliff jumping.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was about a half-hour drive from the main visitor center in New River Gorge National Park. Two very nice state parks were also within a relatively short driving distance. We used the full-size kitchen for breakfast and dinner. It was nice having a dishwasher.
