“We stayed in Warwick for just one day/night on one the hottest days in July 2024. This loft studio was just lovely, with a terrific location. Everything about the place was first rate for a rental. I would recommend this place without hesitation. The little town is charming and we enjoyed being able to walk to shops and pubs. “Great stay and accessible to public transportation however Renter beware of the STEEP hills that you will need to walk. We walked from both stations and we got killed by the steep roads to get to the property. The property was overall in a clean and maintained status. “This worked out wonderful for us spacious and comfortable. Just a few things, the carpets had balls of lint/hair that the vacuums obviously can't pick up. The email to how and when go into the building was in spam and I had a difficult time retrieving it. I should have consulted the company earlier in the day about that. Also, please know that parking is not included so there's an additional $25 per day to park which really adds up the total price. Lastly, the bed are advertised as two queens……
