“Lovely, small apartment - we were a group of three friends so used the sofa bed to ensure all had a bed each. Beds were comfortable. The apartment is a bit dark as opening windows would be directly on to pavement but makes great use of a small space. We found the check in instructions a bit hard to follow as post box and apartment don't say the name on them. We had a great stay and I would consider staying here again.”

“Location- Check in with Francine was easy and helpful. Door code for easy entry to building. We took the RER to Gard du Nord, and then a taxi back to the station when we left--- seemed to work out easily and well. There is a taxi stand by the Pigalle metro a short downhill walk. The area is active and somewhat touristy, but you are convenient to a myriad of good restaurants (try Oce), cafes, bars, stores, shops and bakeries. We were there during a school break, so there was a crowd. May……

“Spacious (large rooms, modern bathrooms and kitchen), well equipped (kids loved the ping pong table!), and in a congenial area. Never understood why people feel they must be in center city. Here, you have a real Paris neighborhood, only 5 minutes from a Metro with a direct 15 minute connection to Hotel de Ville. Excellent communication with owner right next door. We would come again in a second - and plan to do so!”

“The large common area is spacious and lovely with a large dining table and a good kitchen. It was perfect for our large group coming to Paris for a reunion.  We used it for a gathering spot, but only six of us were able to sleep there, which meant one person had a not very comfortable place to stay. Originally a workshop, two loft areas were built to create the maximum number of sleeping areas, but many of those areas are cramped or dark. One sleeping area has ceilings too low to stand up.
