“We needed a place for 11 adults to stay. The house had plenty of room to spread out and was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. One suggestion would be to add a garage door code as the front steps were icy due to the snow that came the morning of our arrival, but that’s a seasonal thing.”

“The place is very nice, in the middle of a neighborhood, but we were not there to party! I feel all the beds need new mattresses, due to sinking in the middle, not very comfortable or supportive, and one put you at an incline! The kitchen is great for hanging out! “The room was a little too hot for us old folks, but we managed. I was concerned when we got there and heard dogs barking in the room above us, but after that initial barking, they were quiet. “Parking lot was packed but cleared out later in the evening (either is was people visiting the lounge or the next door restaurant we assume). Parking lot was very dim so that felt a little unsafe. Location to the mall, food places and NDSU was very excellent. Hotel staff person was friendly, check in was smooth. Hotel room was a little dated, but was decently clean. We didn’t have the breakfast other than coffee in the morning due to time constraints but breakfast smelled good but didn’t see any……
