“It's a fabulous place. Beautiful rooms and the pool is fantastic. Breakfast was lovely, a bit fiddly with the coffee machine but no complaints.
I was disappointed having arrived at 8.30pm that the 'all day dining' wasn't available. There wasn't any indication of the closing time on the website for evening meal. Had I known I would have eaten on the way. So perhaps make that clear on any booking in future. ”
“Where to start, these guys cancelled our entire booking because we were late for check in leaving us stuck in a monsoon with our 3 month old infant. When we finally got into the property the next day, a solid hardwood curtain rod fell on my partners head who was holding our kid. Very luckily only she was hurt.
The restaurant was basically not working. The bar was shut. I get that its the off season but say this in your booking profile.

“This a nice property with staff that tries very hard.
Pros- we started with a really nice welcome drink and our room had an awesome view (very small deck) and a very comfy bed with nice pillows. The shower works well and has a lot of hot water. The pool is lovey. Great yoga room and yoga instructor. We went for a massage and that was delightful, the masseuse is wonderful. Pool is great and they have nice pool towels. They provide 2 litres of water a day (plastic) and the breakfast is really……
“Fantastic stay - the staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean, huge & comfortable bed. Good AC and wifi. Breakfast is served outside on the patio at a pre-agreed time. Would happily stay again! ”

“Very attentive staff. Place was did not look quite as well as it did on photos. It’s a bit hard to find. It’s right behind another hotel with the same/similar name. Nice beaches nearby and great views from the rooftop cafe food was great too!”
