“Had fun staying at the lake house with a group of guys. Nice quiet neighborhood, not far from Nashville. ”

“We stayed here over Christmas and it did not disappoint.The rooms downstairs were beautifully decorated for Christmas (thanks Mat and Kelly!) and when you're there for the holidays and packing so much, it really made all the difference to walk into a decorated house.Location is great! “The pool was the highlight for our group of 12. During the day, we used it to cool off, and at night, we heated it up to use as a massive 18-foot hot tub that comfortably fit a majority of our group. The fire pit added to the ambiance while we cooked dinner on the grill, making the evenings even more special. “The property was very nice and close to downtown area. The hosts were very nice and responsive and worked with us to extend our checkout without hesitation. Check in process was super easy and the house was well equipped with what was needed for an out of town trip. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at regardless of location and will definitely save this for future trips to Nashville! ”

“Great home for 3 couples with the 3 ensuite bathrooms. Very clean and nicely appointed. We loved being able to walk to the stadium but we would not have done it at night or on a non-game day. If the police hadn't been in the area, we would have gotten an uber. ”
