As part of your stay, we provide 6 Proximity Cards for access to the Galena Territory Association facilities. Additional day passes can be purchased for $5 each at the Owners Club Complex. These facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor basketball court, tennis courts, a fitness center, a game room, meeting rooms, a craft room and an outdoor basketball court.

The Galena Territory features over 24 miles of scenic walking and hiking trails for outdoor enthusiasts. Golf lovers can enjoy four nearby courses, while Lake Galena offers excellent boating and fishing opportunities. For horseback riding, the Shenandoah Riding Center provides unforgettable experiences.

4) For days without same-day turnarounds, we offer early check-ins and late check-outs at the following rates: $100 for up to 2 hours, $250 for 2 to 4 hours, and a full day's rate for more than 4 hours.
5) We provide complimentary starter firewood that lasts up to 2 hours. If you need additional firewood, you’re welcome to bring your own or purchase more from us at an extra cost.
6) Home is located in well maintained neighborhood with a contracted snow-plower, but winter weather can vary thus precaution is always a good idea. We strongly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles, or chains when visiting during winter. Please note, refunds won't be issued due to inclement weather. To mitigate any unforeseen inconveniences, it's advised to consider purchasing travel insurance, ensuring a worry-free stay and a delightful experience at all times.
