The free breakfast is a joke. There was some cereal, a few bagels, coffee (with very limited cups, tops, stirrers, etc) and a waffle machine. 2 tables with seating for 4 was it for where to sit. There a lot of constructions workers staying there so there was never a place to sit and most of the "breakfast" was gone by 7:30 am.
For the room - there was no safe, the deadbolt lock did not work, the side door (which was near my room) was supposed to be locked at 8pm, but never was (and workers were using a brick to keep it open as well).
The shower curtain in the bath had mold all over the bottom of it!
When we arrived, the cable TV was out, there was no toilet paper on the holder (1 roll of toilet paper was on top of the toilet. There was 2 sets of towels and 2 wash cloths (we like to use a clean wash cloth for our face and another for our body). So, we went to the front desk to get more toilet paper and more towels.
We were there for 3 nights (Fri, Sat, Sun) and when we saw housekeeping on Sat morning they were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed for our entire remaining stay.
