There were items that were cracked, dinged, broken in the room. The desk people did not know if there were pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates available for the suite rooms. We had to wait for the manager to get on property. The power went out in our room and no one on property could assist. My family had to sit in a room with no air conditioning for a little over and hour. Again, we had to wait for the manager to get on property to fix it. There is no employee empowerment on property.
