“The location is perfect! Truly right on the sand. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean is a plus! The home fit six adults and two kids perfectly. We spent four days swimming, boogie boarding fishing… and the sunsets from the porch were great! Only cons are having to bring own bath towels is a bit of a pain and the kitchen doesn’t have a tea kettle or coffee grinder. Truly is a special place. Thanks for sharing it with all of us!”

“I was in charge of booking a small home in Scott's Valley for a non-profit board that I serve on and lucked out with Jerry's property. The home was easy to get to, looked exactly like the listing, was extremely clean. Jerry was a welcoming host and graciously allowed us an early check in and late check out.
