“We were four friends from elsewhere in Ohio coming together for a couple of days of fun and hiking. We loved the cabin and its quirkiness. We hiked and enjoyed an afternoon drink and appetizers in the deck overlooking the river. “My hisband and I just left from a 2 night stay at Laura's fairytale cabin. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was the perfect secluded location with all the amenities. “Doc's cabin was awesome! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary even though it was way too much house for just 2. A great price and it had everything we were looking for. A cabin with privacy, a fire pit and a hot tub, yet had modern conveniences such as appliances, tv and internet as well as being close enough to a quaint town in case we wanted to explore! “The property was perfect for a family weekend getaway with our adult kids. Sleeping situation provided everyone privacy, the kitchen was well equipped for making meals, and we could spread out or gather together in the multiple living spaces, including the screened porch which we loved. “This was the perfect property for a surprise 80th birthday celebration for my father and family! “We had 13 adults and 4 children in this house for a family wedding. There was enough room for everyone. Overall the house worked well for us. We had several mice in the kitchen and the house needed minor repairs, kitchen sink facet was loose and handle kept coming off. Screen door needed repair. Back porch had lots of spider webs. Flower beds needed to be cleaned up. Several items were needed, blankets, dishwasher soap, and pillows which were delivered same day. ”
