The door keys didn’t work, so had to have front desk staff accompany me to try second one. Then after I was in the room for about 15 min, discovered automatic shade controller did not work, and they were open…. Front desk person then moved me to a suite ( no extra charge) that was HUGE. The automatic blinds didn’t work there and other, but because they were closed, I didn’t say anything. I couldn’t open blinds in morning to let some light in. Overall hotel was clean, in a great location and met my needs, especially for the price, I would stay again despite the little mishaps, staff handled them well.
