Built in 1881 this Historic Pioneer Sunday Haus is Walking Distance to Town for Shopping, Festivals, Museums, Wine Tasting, Restaurants, and Night Life. It Was Originally a Two Room Rock House. The Pioneers Would Live in the Country and Come to Town by Horse and Buggy for the Weekend to Shop, Go to Church, and Socialize. They Would Stay in Their Sunday Haus.
Over the Years This House Has Been Added Onto to Accommodate Two Charming Bedrooms Filled With Beautiful Antiques. There is One King Bed, and One Queen Bed With Luxury Bedding. There Are Two Cute Bathrooms Utilizing Antiques for the Vanities With Vessel Sinks. One Bathroom Has a Tub With Shower and the Second Has a Shower Only. There is a Utility Room With Washer and Dryer. No Hallway Was Added So One Must Pass Through the First Bedroom to Get to the Second Bedroom. The Kitchen Has Not Only an Antique Pie Safe and Antique Table But Modern Appliances and Granite Countertops. The Back Porch Pergola is Perfect for Relaxing While Grilling Outdoors. There is off street parking for 4-5 cars. Hoerster Haus Was Recently Remodeled (June 2015) With All the Comforts of Home!
As much as we love children and pets this house is not child priff. IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR SMALL CHILDREN, PETS, OR HANDICAPPED. There is not a fenced yard and it is filled with antiques. There are small step ups and step downs. Thanks for understanding.
If you reserve for 30 consecutive days I can remove the tax.
The rent is for 2 people. Additional guests up to 2 is $25 per guest per night.
Our housekeeper uses disinfectant to clean and sanitize all aspects of our Sunday Haus. There is a lockbox for entrance and it along with the key is also sanitized.
