“I took a quick solo trip up from Denver and this place was a perfect fit for my needs. It is located right downtown near everything I had intended to see. The communication was very thorough and the room was comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for the hospitality for my first time visiting Cheyenne! ”

“It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos.”

“We arrived in a storm and the host came out and met us in the rain. He was very friendly and gave lots of helpful information about places to eat and things to do etc. The property was a basement that had been updated yet still smelled older and our things seemed damp during our stay. It also was listed as sleeping 6 but only slept three on beds. We decided to use sleeping bags and three of our kids slept on the floor. The access to the laundry and kitchen was helpful. Our kids enjoyed playing……

We are from Cheyenne and this apartment met all our needs, a place to sleep, shower,cook our meals, unwind and have our dog with us. This is an older historical building. With lots of character. I appreciate the love and care put into the apartment's restoration. Reminded me of a couple of my first apartments years ago. ”
