「The team was very responsive when we did not get the check in details email It’s a good rental but be warned there are a number of stairs that are not in great condition to get in which was very hard for our handicap elderly dog. 」

「I arrived around midnight. Parking directions were great, but there was no light in the parking area and it felt sketchy. (An idling car and a bicyclist lurking in the alley). Front door lock box instructions were okay, but had to press the star on the fob scan pad to get the fob to activate. The code I was given didn’t work to access the unit so had to call the property management number which they did answer after a few rings (thankfully!) and had me try a different code. He was very friendly and gave lots of helpful information about places to eat and things to do etc. The property was a basement that had been updated yet still smelled older and our things seemed damp during our stay. We were close to the fairgrounds and downtown, but not on top of everything where the traffic was crazy. We enjoyed the view of the park and felt very safe.
