「The property was perfect. There were tons of breads, muffins, crackers for breakfast or snacks. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for us. Marta is an absolute gem host! We were using the remote incorrectly for the gate and she had someone there immediately. He was wonderful too! Thank goodness for Google Translate! I would definitely stay here again. Penne is a beautiful town and we enjoyed the areas around too.」

「Sehr netter Vermieter. Hat sich um uns gekümmert und uns auch Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir hatten eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick in die Ferne. In 2 Minuten ist man im wirklich schönen Ort. Dort gibt es alles, was man braucht. Als Basketball-Spieler sollte man allerdings aufpassen, wenn man durch die Türen geht, da man sich den Kopf stoßen könnte. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt "Sotto la Porta Borea genossen. gab dort Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte.」

「This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside...

「This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! 」
