“Check in was very smooth and no issues. TJ was amazing with communicating activities taking place in the area (4th of July visit). TJ was also very quick to respond when we had a maintenance issue. The house is very spacious and spread out. My group consisted of 8 people. We never felt congested or in each others way. The home is just outside of the busy Panama City Beach attractions but within a 30 minute drive. It was very affordable and allowed us to step away.”

“I have never been bothered by the owners or property owner when I rented any where else. oneday the owner was waiting when I got there to tell me They rented a room that was in the house I rented, another day my phone kept ringing while I was enjoying a day with my grand kids and the owners they wantedto enter the house while I was not there and when I asked them not too, they left me a rude voice mail saying I could not use the pool now because I did not want them in the house with my personal……

“The property was just what we needed for family and friends to all come together. The house offered enough space for everyone to spend out . We enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay again . We may make this a annual trip. ”

“We stayed for the 4th of July and her property was very nice, comfortable and safe to stay in during a busy time like that. It made enjoying the holiday much better than I initially anticipated, considering how stressful holidays can be. Would 100% recommend for anyone wanting a quiet area to enjoy their vacation as long as they don’t mind the 40-ish minute drive to the beaches.”

“The AC was only working in the master bedroom, there was no bedding and toilet paper upon our arrival, the gas range was not working, we couldn't open the blinds, fire ants near the entrance.”
