For a family visit we are 2.5 miles to a major waterpark, NRH2O, 3 miles to Northeast Shopping Mall, 15 miles to Forth Worth Stockyards. For your business trip we are 1.5 miles to the 820 and 121 freeways, 16.5 miles to DFW airport and 28.5 miles to downtown Dallas. Perfect place for family
Denise is an amazing host. We were welcomed by fresh baked cookies and a beautiful home. We were all so excited to explore the property. The pictures do not do the house justice, it's everything and more. We came for a wedding and if we are ever in the area again we will definately stay here again. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Perfect accommodation for Dallas / Ft Worth
This place is a gem. This is a lovely home, beautifully decorated. The home is in great shape and very clean. The home was well stocked with dishes, silver, towels, extra soap, detergent. The kitchen has an ice maker and a coffee bar with multiple options. The rooms are comfortable and situated to allow for families to choose to be close together or spread out. The hosts are wonderful to work with, including leaving a welcome note and homemade chocolate chip cookies to put in the oven. The area is a quiet and clean suburb. There are multiple restaurants, churches and other services available within just a couple of miles. The neighborhood is quiet, and great for walking. The location is accommodating for trips to the airport, stockyards, Arlington and TCU. This is where we will stay for our future trips to Dallas / Ft Worth!

Excellent Experience
We chose this property because of the excellent reviews... and Chris and Denise did not disappoint. The property was well maintained, inviting, and had all the amenities that allowed for a great stay. The location was perfect. It was quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Very enjoyable stay
There were 8 of us staying at the house and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and just get around. The kitchen was very well stocked. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was in a nice area. If our family makes another trip to this area, we definitely will try to book this same house.

Attention to Detail
In numerous ways, it was made obvious the hosts are dedicated to ensuring a comfortable stay. Little details, like towel warmers, ice makers, and freshly baked cookies on the counter us feel welcome and relaxed. There were plenty of towels, soaps and shampoos, pillows and blankets, and dishes and silverware. Though we didn't need them, we noticed there were enough cribs and pack n plays that visitor's with babies would be well taken care of. The property abounds with signs to help you make the most use out of the amenities, from instructions on how to use the grill to public transportation options. This is a very comfortable and clean home.

Comfy stay for the first trip to Ft Worth cattle show
Beautiful home with everything we needed. We’ve discovered attending livestock shows a garage is a must for dumping muddy clothes and bags. The washer and dryer were also nice to have. Gorgeous home with all the bells and whistles. Loved the fireplace and the great ice machine. Didn’t have much time to enjoy the wonderful patio. Location was great! Owner left us some chocolate cookies to bake that were fabulous!

Great family place
This was a great place for our family to stay for a few days! Lots of room for everyone, the youngest kids enjoyed the toys. The older kids and adults enjoyed playing games and hanging out. The house was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

Clean & Comfortable Residence
I would rate this residence a 5+. When you entered there was a aroma of fresh baked cookies which the owner made for us. The house was roomy, nicely decorated and comfortable. It was in a great location centrally located between Dallas, Arlington and Fort Worth. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here again. The owner was very accomodating.

Six girlfriends came into town for a conference and stayed at this fantastic VRBO property and it was a perfect retreat. The neighborhood was charming and felt very safe. Happy Memories
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had plenty of room, privacy, and a worry free stay. Family Vacation in Dallas
This property is AMAZING!! The owners really pay attention to details. Everything you need is stocked in the home and available for your use. The location and neighborhood are great. Very quiet and nicely kept. There was more than enough space for my family of nine to enjoy and be comfortable. The owners were also very responsive. Check in and check out were a piece of cake. I LOVE this home as it is nicely furnished, very clean and has alot of amenities. My husband and I are already considering this home for a trip in March 2024. Book it and you will not be disappointed!!

Fabulous Property and Owner!
This was the best-appointed home and most thoughtful and responsive owner I have experienced in my years of renting vacation homes! She thought of everything, right down to coffee pods and sweeteners. The home was very inviting, well laid out and comfortable, and located in a lovely neighborhood. Loved having a tv in each bedroom, for the insomniacs among us. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this property.

The communication and kindness was the best from the beginning to the end. The house was beautiful!! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The house was full of amenities and had warm cookies waiting for us with a sweet note. The best amenity…the crushed ice machine!! All of us girls were so happy for it!! This is truly a 5-star vacation home. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The house was amazing and extremely clean. Anything you could think of was there for your use.
