Santa Rosa Beach tiny house

Quaint, cozy, stylish home, off the beaten path and close to everything! You can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes or to a restaurant in 5 minutes...to get ice cream, rent bikes in 4 minutes OR hike or bike the Longleaf Greenway Trail that starts 5 minute walk away! Enjoy your coffee or an adult beverage on the back porch with the peaceful view of the tropical yard with ponds. Maybe you'll even be lucky enough to see a deer that roams through the area occasionally!

The space
I had a hard time trying to label this unique area, but the space in which you are renting is probably a total of 500 sq. feet...hence the tiny house! :) This new space includes sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom that lead out to the quaint porch and pretty tropical yard for your relaxation and enjoyment! The many water oak trees and tropical foliage make it a bird watcher's paradise! This has been a fun project that I now want to share with my guests!

This was a cute little place, perfect for the two of us. It's a VRBO property, but details do not get entered there so you have to reach out directly for check-in procedures. The owner was very nice via email and responded very fast. Just a couple things you might want to know before booking, however: This is in a basement and smells VERY musty. The only window to open is a small one in the smaller bedroom which is right next to two goats that bleat loudly starting at around 7AM each morning. The small bed is just a camping cot - good for a child but not an adult. The laundry is shared with the resident upstairs and there is no lock between it and your quarters. Cleanliness is lacking. The resident upstairs is very loud. They were gone most of the time we were there but when they returned it became clear there was no insulation between the floors. Great location, though, and easy parking!
