The room we received was not what we were told it was going to be. It was not oceanview and was very small with limited furnishings. No where to put suitcases, dirty microwave, dirty bathroom floor, no light outside the door to allow visibility of putting in door code, soap was so small you could use it only once, restaurant right below the room with band playing and customer noise.
Positives were comfortable bed, accommodating and pleasant room servicers, new fixtures in bathroom, closet with hanging space and shelves, close to beach, great restaurant next door.
After complaining to the management a couple days and sending them a copy of what we were told our accommodations were supposed to be like, plus having a leak from the bathroom upstairs into our bathroom, we were moved to a much nicer room with a balcony and ocean view for the remaining two days of our five night stay.
Be careful regarding the advertisements of this property. If you want a room with an ocean view, a balcony and a more comfortable living space, only reserve the rooms with numbers designated in the 20's.
