Come see for yourself. Extra bedroom available for one or two more guests. Walking distance to DQ, Culvers, Wendys and more! Patio with BBQ grill and pool. Come relax and enjoy beautiful Fl weather, explore beautiful Cape Coral and surroundings. Pets allowed. No smoking allowed in premises. Famiy friendly place. This is a private apartment that shares backyard with main house owners. They will give you a key fob so you can park your car inside backyard plus there's extra parking for you and your guests outside. Guest bedroom currently has a full sized bed. You won’t want to leave. Come fast!

Very good accommodation with nice hosts.
Great accommodation with use of the pool. Hosts are very nice and accommodating. They live in the house with us, but we hardly saw them, as they seem to pay a lot of attention to privacy! The pool was just great! We felt very comfortable. The accommodation was very clean and in very good condition.

Owners entered rental twice without permission
Ant problem in the kitchen. Owners were constantly around. Multiple rental spaces in one home. Owners entered twice without being invited and scared my teenage son who was sleeping. Had to use extra lock on door to feel safe while showering. Couldnt wait to check out.

This place was so clean!!! Take your shoes off clean I’d stay here again! Beautiful place property owners was awesome. No complaints but suggestion change shower head to powerful for someone that has a sunburn lol but this place was great!!!

Pool was amazing,no chlorine, or salt..like bottled water,,and perfect warm temp. Inside immaculate,clean everywhere,host making sure all is ok during stay. Wanted to book another date but was already taken. Left both radts there fir orgers to use.hopefully be there when i return.

Baby Visit
Our daughter had her 1st child and we stayed a couple of weeks to give a hand. We found the property very clean and owners very nice. The pool was very nice and a great place to unwind after 10 hours of babysitting :). For us the location was great as she lives only a couple blocks away. Will definitely stay again.

Bei 93F haben wir vor allem den Pool rund um die Uhr genossen, endlich mal keine Pool Hours. Die Vermieter sind total lieb und sehr gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und da wir Grill und Herd/Backofen draußen nutzen konnten, war alles prima. Als Zwischenstopp für uns optimal.
