Perfect getaway

Our stay was amazing! Just minutes from Fort Myers Beach, the place had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved the nearby attractions. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic stay

We loved every minute at this cozy spot in Fort Myers Beach! It's close to the beach and all the fun stuff you’d want on a sunny vacation. We are coming back here!

Nice Place

Nice place clean comfortable. great location. Was A bit upset when told propane for the grill was renters responsibility. Have never heard of that before. Owner relented after I complained and offered to reimburse us for the propane purchased. We had our meal cooked another way by the time that was offered.

Needs some work

Pros: Good location, convenient to shopping and dining. Also has easy access to beach areas. Size and amenities were adequate.Cons: Carpets were in need of cleaning. Old refrigerator and stove were left abandoned in the back yard beside patio. The backyard fence was damaged in a couple of places and not fully enclosed, which was an issue for us since we were travelling with a dog.

Fence had THREE 8' panels missing

I was able to tie up one panel that was laying on the ground then put lawn chairs in the hole between the companion duplex. Fortunately back fence still had about a 2' high section left exposed to an overgrown lot the my two little dog could not jump over. The place needs a LOT of work.
