“The stay would have being better if the check in good but it was at all. I called the hotel to add my boyfriend on the reservation because I was late. They never did. I spoke with Hotel.com. They added the name but for some reason Bonaventure did not receive it. My boyfriend lost more than 2 hours at the front desk. When I finally came around 5am, the lady said the stairs are not avaible. When I reserved I speacialy ask for a room 1st or 2nd floor because i'm claustophobia so I dont take……

“The reservation and check-in process went well. I did not receive the email with check-in directions as they state will be sent prior to check-in. However, did not encounter any issues when arriving at the property. Having parking on-site and included in the cost is HUGE as in Ft. Lauderdale everyone adds or charges in addition for parking. Very walkable and close in proximity to both food and activities. The only small, but not an issue as they do not allow for any late check-outs on……
