Our recent stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, the experience was marred by unprofessional service and poor facilities.
When we checked in, the receptionist was preoccupied on the phone, apparently dealing with personal matters. Despite a line of guests waiting, she ignored everyone for about 15 minutes, disappearing into the back office to argue with a relative. This lack of attentiveness and professionalism set a poor tone for our stay.
The room itself was equally disappointing. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and we woke up with neck pain due to the low-quality mattresses and pillows. It’s clear that the hotel desperately needs to invest in upgrading these basic amenities.
Cleanliness was another major issue. For a hotel in the United States, the standard of hygiene left much to be desired. The room and common areas could have been much cleaner, which added to the overall dissatisfaction with our stay.
In summary, this hotel failed to meet basic expectations of service, comfort, and cleanliness. Significant improvements are needed before I could consider recommending it to anyone.
