We spent two nights with broken sleep, the second night being the worst. The first night the guests in the room adjacent to ours left their dog in the room when they went out. It barked incessantly. The front desk staff managed to eventually reach them via cell phone and have them return to the room to stop their pet's noise. On the second night, people checked into the room adjacent to ours at nearly 11:00 PM, apparently not being able to speak in conscientious voice levels, and also with a barking. Worse, they were allowed to check in without providing a cell phone contact number, and, like the night before guests, they left to go somewhere, leaving their dog in the room, and the dog bark more incessantly than the previous night's dog. Of courswe with no cell phone contact number on file, the front desk staff couldn't reach the insensitive offenders. The morning we checked out we had to make a 4.5-hour drive after getting little sleep the night before! It was the very worst hotel stay we have ever experienced as a result of there being no control over or corrective response to the excessive dog noise by management. No compensating reduction in the charge for our stay was offered ... only insincere sounding "We're sorry" responses to our multiple complaints about the out of control noise and the inconsiderate guests who were responsible for it. On a scale of 1 to 10, the hotel gets a -1!
