Come enjoy Fort Lauderdale in luxury! This incredible condo features views you will fall in love with. With 9-foot floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Inter-coastal waterway, oversized balconies, towering floor-to-ceiling windows, and panoramic beach and city views that set the tone of the “W” Fort Lauderdale’s signature ambiance. It’s an anything-but-ordinary experience in the heart of South Florida’s most vibrant waterfront community.

* The space:

Relax at the onsite spa, get fit at the “W's” gym, or relax by the private heated swimming pool oasis with endless oceanfront views! Cross the street and you will see why Fort Lauradale's beaches are the best.

* Guest access:

You are welcome to use all the beautiful facilities offered by the “W”. There is a daily resort fee of $35 but that would be the best money you could spend.

* Other things to note:

With 2 pools and a beautiful beach come prepared to spend lots of time in the water.

🟢 “W” Residential Additional Rules:

DUE TO UNFORESEEN PAST CIRCUMSTANCES AND WEBSITE ACCOUNT COMPLIANCE WE HAVE TO BE MORE SPECIFIC ABOUT HOME RULES.

* PETS: At this time, we are not a pet friendly unit, however, sometimes we may make an exception and all pets will have a small $150 none refundable per pet fee (max 2 / 20 pounds or less pets only). Renter must let home owner and/or property manager know that he/she is bringing their fury companion along, failure to do so can result in a loss of your security deposit.

* OUR PLACE: Please know that we work very hard to give you a fully equipped and sanitized unit so, the way you received it is the way we expect it back please.

* BOOKING & GUESTS: Please be specific about the number of guests on your reservation. For example, you cannot put 4 and show up with 6. This can affect our accommodations and your comfortability. Reception will check and only allow whats on the reservation. Failing to comply will put you risk of loosing your reservation.

* BEACH: We know we are right in front of the beach and we wish you enjoy it but, we kindly ask that you please shake off towels and RINSE OFF all sand before coming in the unit. Leaving it full of sand will result in an additional $75 extra cleaning feet. Sand is difficult to clean.

* “W” RESIDENTIAL UNIT: Please remember we are an independently owned unit and separate from the “W” hotel so, please keep in mind that all towels and linens, silverware, cups, plates, glasses, furniture, appliances, etc belong to our unit and not the hotel so any missing or damaged items run on your tab. Thank you dearly for understanding and cooperating… Asides from that anything u need please let me know, i live down the street ///// Quiet hours 9pm to 9am

* “W” RESIDENTIAL NOISE RULES: Please know that you are coming into a high end, calm, family oriented, noise sensitive beachie building where absolutely NO parties, NO gatherings or get togethers of any type with anyone outside the booking are allowed. The home is ONLY for the guests in the reservation, no-one else. Also, NO DJ’s, loud music, big speakers or noises allowed either. Broward County and the City of Ft. Lauderdale are very strict and have passed a new Noise Ordinance Curfew for all Vacation Rentals from 9pm till 9am. This means that after 9pm NO music is to be played in the balcony area and any one out side must keep all conversations to a cell phone level to ensure we don’t disturb our neighbors whom understandably have work or kids that go to school or events the next day. Finally know that the building has security cameras on premises and the tampering of any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation.

* DOORS: All doors leading to the outside must be kept closed at all times for various reasons. 1) Humidity entering the unit will freeze the AC unit resulting in functionality problems. 2) Keeps mosquitos out and most important 3) Helps keep critters like roaches, lizards, rats/mice and/or birds out of the home.

* BATHROOMS: Please, we kindly ask that you DO NOT FLUSH down the toilet baby wipes, facial wipes, paper towels, Q-tips, cotton balls, feminine products, baby diapers, dental floss, receipts, clothing tags, etc… ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER. We thank you for your cooperation and please remember that if you clog it, you fish it or pay the plumber. A clog in the main drain due to this is no less than $250 to $350.

* FURNITURE: We work very hard to deliver a well equipped and beautiful home so, we kindly ask that you take care of it. Please DO NOT re-decorate, move furniture around and/or start disconnecting TV.s, routers, lamps etc. Please leave everything exactly as you found it.

* WASHER & DRYER: Please, DO NOT overload the washer or dryer. Doing so can cause additional heavy weight that can overwork the appliance causing the drum to break or burn out. If this happens to you during your stay, you will be responsible for any repairs. Please clean the lint filter after every dry cycle and DO NOT mix whites with colors or towels with sheets to avoid having towel lints stick to bed linens.

* BEDROOMS: Please, no food or drinks in the bedrooms at any time.

* KITCHEN: Garbage disposal is NOT made to dispose lemons, peals, salads, Avocado seeds, large items or large amounts of foods. Rule of thumb to use a disposal is “If you can feed it to a baby you can dump it in the disposal”. Any clogs are 100% your responsability if a plumber has to be called out. It is not a grinder.

* TOWELS / LINENS: Please know that towels or linens are not intended to be used as mops, make up removers, rags etc. At the end of your stay any damaged, stained or missing linens will have a cost TBD to the number of missing or damaged items.

* EARLY CHECK-INS are based on our calendar availability. In the given case unit is available we can do a 2pm check in at no additional cost but if the check-in is before 2pm there is a $99 early check in fee.

* LATE CHECK-OUTS are also based on home calendar availability but because a late check out means that we have to block that day so no-one else books. We consider this as a lost day for rental so a $125 late check out fee will be collected before departure. Must let us know with anticipation and not the day before please.

* CLEANING CREWS: Due to insurance and liability purposes, the cleaning crews are NOT allowed to come in while anyone is in the unit so check out must be punctual please. If they come and you are still there they will still charge us for their time so we kindly ask that you help us out to avoid extra expenses.

* BACHELORETTES: All Bachelorettes are happily welcomed however please keep in mind that If you’re bringing any decor it has to be wall friendly avoid extra charges due to damages. For example, we recommend carpenters tape (blue or beige) for the walls. We don't allow scotch tape, clear box tape, duck tape, 3m tape, double sided tape, dots, thumb tacks etc. all of these before mentioned peel paint off the walls and damages them. Also, absolutely no glitter please you have no idea the nightmare it is to clean that up and finally, no hanging items from our curtain rails. Before leaving all decor, balloons and/or confetti will need to be cleaned up and disposed of. If we have to do this for you there will be an additional $100 charge.

* We have Golf Carts for rent - Pending on availability, to use it you MUST be minimum 23 years of age, sign a User Agreement, have a valid DL & Proof of Insurance. Cost is $149 per day from 9am drop off to 6pm pick up


🟢 “W” check-in:

- Upon arrival, please inform the valet that you are staying in the Owner’s residence. Make your way through the West or Tower II entrance just beyond sliding double doors

- Turn left, walking down the zigzag tiled water wall feature. There you will find a Residential Desk agent who will help you check-in from 9 am to 9 PM.

- If you come after that you will need to go to the hotel’s main check-in located on the 4th floor. You will have to pay a $25 charge for that service so try to avoid that.

- You can also call them directly

- Best ask the valet for directions when you check-in

Resort FEEs

- All guests will be required to pay a daily fee of $62.15 (total for the group) +tax to the resort and this will include:

- Beach Chair Service ( 2 chairs and an umbrella)

- Fitness Classes
- Bike rental
- 2 water bottles at the beach

Guest Parking:

- Any guest parking is an a la Carte service at the rate of $25/daily or $55/overnight + Tax

Long weekend getaway
We had a great 3 nights at the condo. The accommodations were just what we needed and the location was convenient. As two couples traveling together, we found it convenient to stay in a condo with a shared common space rather than separate hotel rooms.

Great view. Larger bedroom has a floor to ceiling fixed window. Living room and 2nd bedroom have sliding doors to a long narrow balcony. The unit itself was clean and tidy, if not a little rundown. Toilet paper holder broken, therefore to kept falling to the floor. Bathroom sink slow to drain and peeling laminate in same sink. Shower in main bathroom very slow. Likely corroded with minerals. Main bedroom bathroom is fully open to the bedroom. Only frosted glass separates toilet from bedroom. Absolutely no privacy. Two of 3 elevators are not working. Apparently, for at least 2 months. We waited for at least 20 minutes several times. You have to use a call phone on some floors to call for the elevator. On the pool floor, there is no phone, so you have to call with your own cell phone, long distance. Very inconvenient. Cleaners in our unit, had failed to sweep sand and wipe tables clean. The unit came equipped with shampoo and conditioner and body wash in bathrooms. 4 Keurig coffee pods were left for us, as well as a couple of dishwasher pucks. The pillows are feather and quite old / soft. We were happy that we had brought our own. We only used one bed, and it could perhaps be replaced in the near future. Overall, it was a great space, but certainly not up to the hype of The W Hotel, as these are the residential units of the W Hotel.
