The Space:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, Wi-Fi, limited parking (2 Cars only), washer, and dryer.

The neighborhood around the home is generally a quiet and safe area with a mix of single-family homes and apartment buildings. There are a few parks and schools nearby, and it is close to downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Lauderdale Man-O-War Island Park: This park has a beach, a fishing pier, and a playground.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
The standard security deposit for our rental is $500 for any last minute reservations. However, for bookings made during 4th of July week, the security deposit will be increased to $1,500.
If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
