“Needed a room for my mom in law later in the evening and they were close to Torrington. Decent reviews so I sent her there but made the reservation after 9.. Small print said they don't answer the door after 9...she tried to get an answer fr 20 minutes and didn't get a response so had to send my 76 year old M-I-L down the road to a chain hotel. $55 down the drain.”

“This property deserved a 5 star rating were it not for a non-functioning dishwasher, no internet access offered, and the back door lacked adequate locks (but we felt secure nonetheless). Otherwise the home was in great shape and all the necessary amenities were available. I would stay again.”
