「We were in the area to hike. This location is perfect…. Except you don’t want to leave the property! High quality bedding & amenities. loved the huge screened in porch with excellent views of the lake surrounded by woods. Very walkable little subdivision!Close to several great hiking areas like Buttermilk Falls, Hemlock Cliffs & O’Bannon State Park to name a few. Hosts are very caring and respond immediately!In all our years of using VRBO this sweet lodge is in our top two!」

「We were in town for the Home & Garden Show and this house is about a mile and a half away. It was late each evening when we got out and had to leave early each morning so it was nice to be close. The bathroom is very small, so if you are a bigger person you may find it a little tight. 」

「This house is a beautiful historical home. The home is older so there are a few things that remind you of that but its definitely a great stay. There's plenty of parking nearby, the garage is convenient, and everything's within a 15 minute drive max. 」

「This location was perfectly situated for our self-tour of the distilleries. We were able to visit every distillery on our list within an hour drive. The stay was very clean, easy to get to, and quiet. We unwound each day with local food and good drinking glasses. Amazing stay overall!」

「Thus property was in a great location and neighborhood. Only downside was the trash can outside was overflowing and no room for our trash. I did tell the property manager but nothing was done about it. There was a big storm which blew the overflow trash allOver and we have to pick it up a couple of times. Other than that it was great! 」

「This little house was just what our family needed for our Spring break trip. Very clean, and good location to what we wanted to see! 」

「Beautiful property, clean, quiet, and comfortable. My only complaint was the hot tub. Water was cold and cloudy, was really looking forward to soaking. Great stay otherwise. 」

I asked for late checkout she agreed to 12:30, then called me at 11:10 saying I should have been out an hour before which would have been 10:10, but published checkout was 10:30. Additionally the property was going through renovations and by the owners own admission they were not finished and she didn’t notify us until the day before travel that bathroom grout in the shower was incomplete, the floor to the cottage was unfinished, several mirrors and...
