“Another wonderful stay”

“I get woken up by a phone call 11:30 PM the night before check in saying the county has turned the water and electricity off. The county says it is uninhabitable. I had friends in the area and they sent me a photo showing the county shut them down three days prior to the call. The house was in shambles. No way someone was/will stay there. We had twelve family members coming. Some flying from NY. AND... this rental was for fourth of July week! Good luck finding a place for 12 people for the next……

“House was clean with all the basic necessities. Full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The living space has plenty of seating space and a super comfortable sofa! Neat collection of art pieces! Small porch/balcony which overlooks a green space- would’ve been nice to sit out there if it wasn’t 100 degrees :) The pool is right across the street. Beach about a 5 min walk. You do have to cross A1A but drivers tend to be courteous. About a 15 min drive to……
