“The house is exactly as described in the listing, and the pictures are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is great for accessing everything in Kingsport. The deck for the house is a great spot to enjoy the weather, and the backyard is perfect for the kids to play catch and frisbee. We used the grill - and that worked perfectly. The house is furnished with everything you will need for your stay, including a washer and dryer. We (family of 4) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!……

“House was very clean. Great secluded location. Loved seeing the cows and their babies. No cell service in area, but satellite wifi at house is very good. Bring muck boots to walk property to avoid stepping in poo. Bring food with you, not much in area to purchase food and drink. It is within 45 minutes of The Devil's Bathtub, Natural Tunnel State Park, Appalachian Caverns, & Bass Pro Shop.”

“The property is generally clean and has lots of nice new towels and luxurious bedding. The layout is great and the bedrooms are large with large closets with hangers and a nice chest in each bedroom. That was important to me because I was staying for a week and preferred to put my clothes away and also get our luggage out of the way. Amenities included USB chargers in every bedroom and in the living room.”

“My family was in Kingsport for a family reunion. I was fortunate to secure this property for my family members to stay, and was gracefully given a tour before my family came. Communication with the owner was easy. Ultimately we had 5 adults and 3 children stay there. They especially appreciated the proximity to the medical center, special access to the laundry, and the provided games and toys. They enjoyed visiting the Boundless Playground at Warriors State Park, and the Fizzy Fairway indoor……
