“This property was perfect for our group of 6 to reunite for shows at the nearby 9:30 Club and to explore the DC area. The apartment is just as beautiful as photographed, and the rooftop deck was our favorite of the 3 outdoor spaces we enjoyed. The area has everything you need nearby. Most notably, however, our host Anthony was very responsive and he worked to make our visit perfect for our group. ”

“The apartment is well appointed and has parking spots very close to the apartment. We had no problem with sound except hearing a few footsteps from the upstairs apartment. The place itself is very comfortable and incredibly well organized with labels on most things. I’ve never experienced this in a rental property before but the host had drinks and snacks available. You didn’t need to worry about forgetting, washing stuff, shower stuff or toothbrushes etc, she had it all!! My nearly 4 year old……

“Checkin didn't go well. Door wouldn't open when we got there. Owner responded fairly quick. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay. Comfortable.”

“The three bedrooms and two bathrooms was a great fit for us and our two adult kids. Location was nice. We were disappointed that the main bedroom distinctly smelled of urine when we arrived. The property manager sent over cleaners who changed all the bedding, mopped the floors and removed the rug. ”

“No hot water for the first 3 days, we have to boil our own water to shower . When we try to contact no one answer for a while. Very confusing instructions to how to get in the house ”

“I had a great stay at the condo. I had everything I needed and felt safe and comfortable. It was incredibly convenient to walk to Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods and my doctor’s appointment. It’s a really large space and I plan on returning with family. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Bethesda!”

“The space is nice but minimal. It met our basic needs. Could use lamps, luggage racks or some furniture to put luggage on, bath mats, sheets, bedding for couch, higher quality towels and sheets. Dryer didnt seem to be working correctly.”

“Probably saved $500 cause Costco was soooo close! Lily replied quickly with each request; and one that was done…no more contacting Lily cause I had everything I needed! The apartment complex is also well maintained with friendly staff. Hope I can get back for Christmas with our son who works in DC!”

“Very clean and modern condo. Great location- easy walk to restaurants, Whole Foods. Movie theater, and shops. There is no free parking so you will have to pay for parking at meters or public garage.”
