“My husband and i shared our honeymoon here together. It was perfect! The owner was so wonderful and the place is super special. “This trip was a surprise 40th birthday trip for my fiance. The house is absolutely beautiful! The wood stove inside is super cozy, the hammock swings outside are an amazing place to relax and read. If you want to unplug from the world and relax and recharge, the lazy bear is the place to go. The host was amazing at answering all our questions. We can't wait to come back. ”

“We stayed two nights and it was great! I don’t think we could’ve stayed much longer because we are tall folks so the shower and toilet area was tricky but all part of the adventure in my opinion! We loved star gazing and enjoyed the hot tub. We hiked, found some yummy restaurants and cute shops. The camper was fully stocked so I didn’t need to bring half of what I did but you never know with a lot of rentals. Overall, lovely getaway! ”

“This property and the views were amazing! It is exactly what I was looking for to get away and unplug from chaotic work life. The house was perfect and cozy and the couple times I had to contact the owner they were very kind and attentive. I had already booked a different place when I found this and immediately re-booked and I'm so glad I did! It's in the middle of nature and has everything you need. I will definitely be coming back and possibly making it a yearly trip. I can't recommend more……

“This is the secind time my family and i have stayed at this property. We loved it as much as we did the first time. You have neighbors but its surrounded with nature so you almost dont even know that they're there. The kids loved the river access and playing with the canoe and floaties that were provided. The back patio is very inviting and decorated nicely. My favorite room of the house has to be the sun room. We plan on coming back anually.”

“You can really tell the house is cared for. It feels like a home. It had everything you could need. They have a well stocked kitchen and even supply snacks. The beds were very comfortable.
