“Loved this house and community, worked out perfectly for our group of 10. Everything was as described, spotless and lots of little extras and thoughtful touches and supplies throughout. Everything works, easy to manage. Good communication with the owner, checks in and responds right away. The community is very nice and easy to manage in regards to enjoying the amenities. “My family of 4 stayed at CJ's property for a few days in August and it was perfect! Communications with CJ were GREAT, he was very quick and responsive, and answered all my questions before and during our stay. Beds were all comfortable and basement area a huge plus (although we did not use it during our stay since we all had ample space to utilize). The location of the property is PERFECT. Quiet enough for privacy, but in a great location between both Lake access and Pool/Ski area. A wonderful……

“When we arrived at Big Bear Chalet we couldn’t believe the spaciousness as well as cleanliness of this home. The description was spot on! Nothing was left out, every amenity listed was in the home and then some! We were a total of 6 adults, a toddler and a baby as well as my daughter’s beagle. “My cousin and I do an annual trip to the Barryville/Narrowsburg area with our wives over labor day for some hiking, rafting, restauranting/cooking, etc. This home was about 7mins drive from Narrowsburg, and in the middle of the woods, which is perfect. The neighbors are a bit close, but we were not a bother to one another. Also, I'd recommend an AWD vehicle with decent clearance, as the road is gravel and the driveway is steep and narrow. I have an Audi SUV and had no issues. The home was nice……

“We really liked the house and outdoor space, especially the patio overlooking the river. The biggest drawback, and for me it is a big one, is that bed sheets are not provided. Since we were driving and had room in the car it wasn't a disaster, but hauling 4 beds' worth of sheets fills a duffel bag, and I did not enjoy having to make those beds after a 7 hour drive. I wouldn't mind stripping the beds at the end but for the cost of the accommodations and how little a house full of sheets would……

“Description was accurate. Photos are too except they have new sofas that are blue. Place was spotless. Nice outdoors area. We used the grill and the fire pit ring one day. We drove across the bridge into NY and explored a little over there. It is fun to watch all the people floating by. I am sure in the winter months the river is very quiet. Rafting is a short walk away and looked fun. Thank you for the hospitality! stayed 2 night and drove in”
