The host, Steve, was very helpful and even drove us to and from the concert! When I told her that I was excited for the stay especially because there was a hot tub, she told me that the hot tub was not available thru the winter (I missed that disclaimer in their listing). There was a full size dining table and large comfortable sofas in the living room- not always easy to find. We enjoyed the off street parking.
