“They have problem about the communication with the booking website and also between their employees. In my second day, I wanted to check out then move to another hotel to stay with my friends. but they told me i have already paid in the website, it is not possible to refund the money to me. “Photos are not super accurate. It has an RV park area, a camping area as well as the units. The unit itself had a small kitchen which would have been nice if we were there long, a bedroom with 3 twin beds and when you walk in, that also was a bedroom with a double (really 2 twins together with a sheet over them). “Property is in a residential area and there was a lot of noise from dogs and children. Even though the property had suggestions for restaurants, those closest were no longer in business. Parking was a real issue with only street parking that at times resulted in our car being blocked in. ”

“Alessandra our host was fantastic. She organised the airport transfers for us which was very reasonably priced. We also wanted to climb Etna and she arranged a guided tour up the volcano which was full of insightful information. On our last day we wanted to visit Valley of the Temples which was quite a drive and she arranged a hire car to be dropped off at the hotel and collected from the hotel the next day which was very reasonable priced with full insurance. The rooms where very elegant……

“This is an amazing hotel nestled in on a side street in the center of Catania. It’s closed to everything you need. I had an amazing dinner steps away from my room last night for Christmas. Nicola is an incredible host. He made sure that all my needs were met. After being in Rome for 5 days I needed a break from the hustle n bustle of a big city that’s very noisy. Well here at this hotel there is no outside sounds to be heard from my room besides the beautiful church bells ringing time to time.……

“An amazing location and property. It's a converted old building with an amazing door (if you have been here you will understand). The staff were so friendly and kind. Absolutely loved our stay. “This B&B is lovely and the host was excellent and very helpful. Be aware that access is on the side of the building adjacent to a parking lot through 2 locked metal gates and you must be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs as the elevator starts on floor 1. Unfortunately just around the corner from the property are homeless people sleeping on the street and in doorways and a lot of garbage and graffiti everywhere but this seems typical for all of Catania. “Perfect accommodation, everything clean, fragrant and comfortable. The lady was very nice and helpful, she allowed us to stay earlier, which we very much appreciated with the children. During the day, you can make coffee or tea and have a small breakfast when you leave early. Amazing for us. thank you! Great restaurant st. Antonio nearby. ”
