“Lovely log home backing onto the National park. We loved the location. The house was beautiful & had almost everything we needed. The hot tub was especially nice after a day of hiking. My only recommendation would be that if you want a fire, pick up wood, kindling & paper in town. We didn’t realize that would not be provided for at least the first night, and it was too late to find it. “I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. “We had a wonderful stay at this home in the Smoky Mountains. It is in a calm and quiet area, but still close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The views on all sides of the house are amazing.
