The location of this property was perfect. 1 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Very short walk to restaurants and shops on the Main Street. Coffee on the screened in porch every morning was very relaxing. Property manager was very responsive and helpful as well. The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking. Shower drain was slow draining but overall a great property to stay at!

Close to downtown Folly Beach and pier.Management was responsive to issues(coded door lock ran out of battery) fixed promptly. Could use a dehumidifier as the place smells moldy and my clothes were damp by the time we left. Beds were super comfy.could use some task lighting and ice trays.People in Folly very warm and welcoming

The house was great. We sat on the porch a lot. The close proximity to the beach and the main strip were awesome but the drawback to that is a lot of traffic right in front of the house. The kitchen has everything you need and the couch is comfy. A few minor comments-The outside shower only has cold water & they had stuff stored in the only closet.

Perfect for a beach trip

We really loved our stay at Folly Beach. The property was very clean and perfect for our group and the location was perfect. Our only complaint is that the property manager did not respond to our messages. The company seemed very distant and not personal. Other than that, it was still a great trip.

Charming and homey beach cottage

My family had a lovely stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The location was great. Only a 2 block walk to the shops and restaurants. We had the upper unit of the property and it was clean and just the right size for us. It had that laid back beach feeling we were looking for. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

An amazing way to stay at Folly!

We had an absolute blast, this property is a quick little walk to the beach! The screened in porch was perfect and everything was within quickwalking distance. The grill was a nice size and very clean.
