“Fully equipped house boats, the view off the back deck made this trip perfect. It was so relaxing sitting in the back in the evening. A couple of manatees swam by one night. The pool was great. And the kayaks were awesome. Parking was very close, the people working were very friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay again! ”

The bad: there is no “on site’ parking but we always found parking on the street about a block away, The communication with property manager was a bit strange, she accused us of still being inside the unit a full day after we had check out on time, despite texting her to tell her we had left (an hour before check out)”

“Coincidentally a couple of days before we went a friend who is familiar with Coral Lagoon told us about its sinkhole which will need extensive construction to fix. As a result we learned after we booked but before we arrived about the 5’high chain link fence which walls off the canal from the condos on the east side, including #12. The lack of direct access to the water and the impaired view were disappointing since we spent most of our time on the porch. There was no active construction……

“Located 1 block away from Duval Street. Property Manager answered our few questions almost immediately. We enjoyed the pool and ease of checking in and out. Centrally located by everything. I would recommend if you need 3 bedrooms downtown. Off street parking for one car is also included. ”
