"Gilbert has a great view of the water. We saw dolphins, manatees and turtles. The Tiki bar has good drinks and pretty good food. The beach gets very crowded but there is a private area for overnight guests."

"communication with non english speaking staff was difficult. Gates side of facilitity is not well staffed. Coffee pot was broke and tech could not speak english, TV would not turn on with switch covered by maids. Phone was difficult and it is a long walk to your counter for us with bad feet..Be more considerate older customers to make a remote location work."

"Common areas are very nice and ability to use other facilities is a big plus. Some aspects of the rooms need updating and TLC. Cleaning services were poor as we returned to an open room door and room only half cleaned. No explanation from management. A bit disappointed given the high rate we paid. "
