A perfect hotel! It’s in a good central position yet nice and quiet. My room had a lovely view, was very clean and the bed was comfy. Best of all were the friendly and very helpful staff. As a woman travelling alone this hotel was such a good choice and I will return again.

The location of the hotel is great, They were very friendly and helpful. The elevator is very small fitting only a person and luggage. Expect to walk some stairs anyway.

We had an enjoyable stay. The building shows its age in some places but our room was clean, breakfast was lovely. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient to the Ponte Vecchio and not far from other sites such as the Uffizi Gallery. Thank you Hotel Alessandra.

The front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly and soothed my fears for getting a very early morning taxi. Shout out to Monti! Unique layout of rooms (stairs to bathroom!) and charming street for access to all Florence has to offer. Caution that there are about 30 steps to get to tiny elevator to take you to reception and rooms.

It was in a good section of town. It was easy to get around. It was clean and well maintained. But if you have trouble climbing stairs or walking upstairs, the elevator only goes so far and then you have to walk up a flight of stairs if you’re on the third floor.

Fantastic location, it was a quick walk to almost everything we wanted to see in Florence. Lots of shopping and great restaurants around. Comfortable beds. It’s a very old building but pretty well maintained and gives you that historical feel. Lots of steps. Not super high end but nice enough. Breakfast was not that good but Italians just don’t do breakfast.
