We were to stay two tonight, but we checked out early. Not real happy with our stay. Check-in went well and the front desk agent was very helpful, after getting into our room we found our TV did not work. We called the front desk and was informed that they didn’t have anybody to come up and fix it until security got there at 8 PM. I decided to try to fix it myself which I did. In the morning we went to go have breakfast and was informed that breakfast was not available due to being slow season. I have to admit the hostess that we spoke with was very kind And even went out of her way to go to the kitchen to see if the cook was there, but unfortunately, he wasn’t. At checkout, I voiced my disappointment in the property the front desk agent was non-sympathetic to my concerns. when told that the breakfast wasn’t available the front desk agent stated we’ve never had breakfast then I stated that’s not what it says on your website and on Expedia it states breakfast is served daily and we were also informed of the breakfast and it’s time and location upon check-in, then when I mentioned the TV wasn’t working correctly and then I had to fix it she rudely asked well Did you tell anybody and I replied yes I did. She asked for my email to email me a receipt and I have yet to receive it. For the price that I paid for our stay, I kinda expected a better experience.
