Welcome to the gorgeous White River Shangri-La. This is a newly renovated property in a private neighborhood, near Wildcat Shoals. Arguably, one of the best places on the river for both quality and quantity of fish. Whether it’s the trophy brown you’re searching for or simply wanting to see the number of fish you can catch in a day…Come cast a line, we have something for everyone!!!

Located just outside of Flippin, AR, where the country roads really do take you home! Our home was built by the Legendary Forrest Wood, Founder of Ranger Boats, and a pioneer of the fishing industry. Upon arrival, you will encounter many breathtaking views. One being the majestic Gingko tree, found on our vast 1-acre lot providing plenty of space and shade for family fun and many yard activities. Our riverside patio features plenty of seating and exceptional views. Gather around after a long day on the water and relax by kicking up your feet and sharing tall-tales about your adventurous day.

Other popular activities along the White River include both canoeing and kayaking. If you get tired of trout fishing (is that even a thing?) or simply want to try your hand at another type of fishing, head on over to Bull Shoals Lake. Located just 15 minutes from our home. Cast a line for small and largemouth bass, crappie, walleye, and the occasional striper. If you would prefer to soak up the sun or enjoy a sunset cruise you can do that too. If you don’t have a boat, no worries…boat rentals for both sport and fun are available at the local marina on Bull Shoals Lake.

Attention pilots this is your dream get away!
Our home is conveniently located 1 mile from Marion County Regional airport (FLP) in Flippin Arkansas. With home rental by pilots, courtesy van included at no additional charge. Van is left at FLP for your convenience. FLP has a 5000ft runway with fuel available. Come fly in and enjoy a relaxing stay on the White River. Our home offers fiber-optic, high speed wireless internet, and YouTube TV.
Wal-Mart in Flippin is located 3 miles away with grocery pick up available.

Pretty view
Well equipped and very clean. Really nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed, plush towels, well equipped kitchen, and even plush toilet paper (thank you). Great view from the patio, but not fishable from the back yard. We had hoped for access to the water but that was not what we found. Needs a pier or dock to access water to be able to fish.

Absolute Heaven❤️
We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Lacey the host was very helpful and pleasant to work with! The Beaty of the home and view of the river are spectacular! We had the pleasure of trout fishing with Stephen who showed us the best places to fish. We both caught many fish and they were delicious! Great experience! Don and I will be coming back for more relaxation. It is better than therapy by far!

Highly Recommend staying here. This house is well furnished with everything you need. One of the best rentals we have stayed in. The backyard was so beautiful spent most of our days bank fishing off of the white river!!!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

We went for a quick weekend away and had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and fully stocked so it was easy to cook full meals. There was also plenty of room to hang out. The house had wonderful views and beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and so fun
This property exceeded all of our expectations. Indoors were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, but we spent pretty much all of our time outdoors in the backyard. The view of the river is incredible. Would also recommend stargazing at night bc the visibility is great.

Quiet escape
We were looking for peace and quiet with a side of fishing. This was the perfect place for that. The house was on a secluded road. It was a great location to let our two young sons roam around without worry. The house was inviting, clean, and just right for relaxing. I’ve already recommended the home to family and friends. Relaxing and Beautiful View
We were looking for a few relaxing days away and found it! Beautiful, well-kept property with a beautiful view. The home was well furnished for all our needs. The home was away from hustle and bustle but also just a few short miles from town which has a Wal-Mart. Our contact was easy to communicate with and the property was very welcoming. Couldn't have found a better place to visit. We will be visiting again!

Cozy Water Side Home
My husband and I brought our 14 year old son to visit Flippin, AR. I had no idea where this place was. I simply started to Google about Trout fishing and stumbled across this beautiful place. Man, did we score. Lacey was amazing; her correspondence was superb! The home was immaculate! I am OCD, so cleanliness is important! From baseboard to ceiling!! I tried to find an area that was not spotless, and I couldn’t! The beds were comfy. And the scenery was amazing!!! We went to the beach in Sarasota, FL. Last year. Due to health issues, we couldn’t fly this year, so we chose Flippin. My son would rather come back here next year than go to the beach!! So, we have already booked our trip back to this place for next year! You know it’s a special place when a teenager would rather come here than go to Florida!

Perfect White River Lodging

Beautiful property with stunning views!
My family had a great time staying at this beautiful home. The home was clean and ready for us when we checked in. We enjoyed waking up and enjoying the view while eating breakfast. The home accommodated myself, husband, 2 boys and my in-laws perfectly. Everyone thought the beds were very comfortable as well. We love coming to the White River and the home sat right on the banks. Beautiful Property
My wife and I got to enjoy a getaway for the first time in a while, the property was so well maintained, spotless and every amenity and all supplies needed. Views were beautiful, particularly I enjoyed earl mornings on the porch with coffee watching the sun come over the mountain across the river. Lacey our host was very attentive and friendly to our every request.

Amazing home and location
My husband and I rented the home for our anniversary. We could not have been more thrilled with the home and surroundings. The interior is newly remodeled with all new furniture and appliances. The mattress was extremely comfortable, even for people with back issues. The renovation was beautiful and functional. The large kitchen island with the wooden counter top and the stone fireplace showed great craftsmanship. The huge windows looking out at the river made this home perfect regardless of the weather. We had beautiful weather while we were there so spent most of our time on the porch overlooking the river. The house is extremely well furnished with no detail overlooked and our host could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

The secret is out! Officially the best spot on the river!
I am afraid to right this review...my family even warned me that if news of this spots gets out we may never get to rent it again! From the beautiful decor, giant comfy beds, stocked kitchen with every appliance you need, tons of extra linens, multiple tv's with lots of viewing options, fully stocked laundry room, and I have not even mentioned the views!!! You can lay in the main room (king size) bed and watch the river flow by...and we did! The massive covered patio is a dream! Tons of seating and even a TV to watch the big game! The host was amazing, she answered every question, gave recommendations and tips! She was THE most gracious host I've ever worked with! We are already planning a fall trip! Cannot wait to experience those views with the fall leaves too! Book it now. You will not be disappointed!!
