Mid Century charmer in Flagstaff! Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home in one of Flagstaff's most desirable neighborhoods. Close to Historic downtown (5 minute drive), routes to the Grand Canyon and NAU. Master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, Bedroom #2 has a 1 queen bed, and Bedroom #3 has 2 single beds. All bedding, towels, toiletries, and equipped kitchen are included. Fenced back yard and outdoor sitting area and BBQ grill. Like most homes in Flagstaff, this home does not offer Air conditioning.

Beautiful House, wonderful mid-town neighborhood. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Perfect for a small family get together.

Westside is Wonderful
Cozy little house that accommodated 1 parent, 3 kids, and 2 grandparents for a week in Flagstaff. It's an older house with appliances/furniture showing wear and tear that you would expect from a well-used rental. However, everything was clean and functional for its intended use. The neighborhood was just as charming with people walking/biking and kids hanging out playing in the yards.

Nice home in Flagstaff
The interior of the home was perfect for us with a nice kitchen and shared space plus 3 separate bedrooms. The home is older so the bathrooms are very small. The yard is not maintained and the grass is not mowed so be aware of that if you plan to spend time in the back yard area. Property management company was quick to respond and attempted to get the yard under control for our graduation celebration but mower refused to start so it didn’t happen. It is a shame that the home owner only receives 1/3 of the amount we were charged.

It was nice to have a notebook on the property written by the owner of all the hot spots! for her to reflect on her college years. :) Love the grill and the backyard!! It was perfect. We also took a day trip to the Grand Canyon ...PERFECT. THANK YOU

Everything as clean and well stocked. The yard and handful of toys were nice for my kids. There was a grill in the back, but we did all the cooking in the house. The beds were comfortable. We had a minor issue with the lock when we extended our stay, but the property manager was easy to get in touch with and took care of us right away.

Great Property
We had a great time in the flagstaff area. This home was in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located to the areas that we were visiting. It was clean, well stocked with necessities and made our trip to the area successful! Would highly recommend!

Sister Trip
We planned a sister trip to see the Grand Canyon and Sedona and this rental was a perfect launching point. The property was as stated and perfect for 3 sisters, the beds were very comfy and the kitchen adequately supplied. If we were to return to the area would definitely consider staying again.

While the home itself was clean and satisfactory we would have appreciated a heads up about the sandbags around all the homes and that all of the streets were currently being dug up due to flooding in the area prior to our stay. This made it difficult getting into the property along with receiving incorrect information on how to unlock the door.

Charming house with large, shaded backyard was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and roomy. TV was somewhat difficult. We are used to Dish. Would have been nice to get a "heads up" about the street being blocked off, but we managed.

Perfect Location
The location is ideal. Close to big trail systems, close to downtown and to restaurants. Property was in good shape and provided my family enough space and room to watch our child and have some nice time together.
