"Stayed in this hotel in April 2025. Room was small, but comfortable and clean. The hallway is made with tiles, without any carpets, so it was getting a bit noisy when anyone was walking by/talking outside the room. There is an elevator with clear glass walls which made a nice view of surrounding area. Breakfast had a good selection of food, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price (ours was included with the room). The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. "

"Our night at the Heritage Hotel Hallstatt was one of the most memorable parts of our honeymoon. From the moment we stepped off the ferry and saw the hotel nestled right along the lake, we knew we were in for something special. The room was absolutely stunning—modern, cozy, and spacious, with jaw-dropping views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Waking up in Hallstatt, opening the windows, and seeing that mirror-like water with alpine peaks behind it? Unreal. The hotel perfectly blends traditional Austrian charm with modern comfort, and the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of town, but peaceful and quiet. It’s also just a short walk to the ferry and everything Hallstatt has to offer. Service was warm and professional, and everything felt smooth and easy from check-in to checkout. We only stayed one night, but it was the kind of place we didn’t want to leave. If you’re going to Hallstatt, this is the place to stay. Magical, romantic, and worth every second."

"We really enjoyed our stay at arte Hotel Salzburg. The hotel has a modern and stylish vibe, with spacious rooms that were clean, comfortable, and well-designed. We especially loved the large windows and stunning views of the city and surrounding mountains—it really added something special to our stay. The location is super convenient, right next to the main train station and just a short walk or ride to the old town. It was the perfect base for exploring Salzburg. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, arte Hotel Salzburg was a great place to stay—modern, comfortable, and in a perfect spot. "The property is in the mid point between train station and historical.town center and within easy walking distance to both. We arrived at noon time and was able to check in. We also got upgraded to a newly refurbished room which looks very new and all interior are very well done with high quality material. It is an enjoyable stay."
